Summary

Sr. Business Systems Consultant brought in to support the Mainframe 3270 CICS development team in their effort to bring Loan Process Servicing (LPS) into compliance with the congressional mandated 2010 Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.

Responsibilities

• Provide application delivery support and analysis to the Loan Process Servicing (LPS) application that supports both the retail and correspondent lending mortgages.
• Assist in the delivery of assigned projects through the software development life cycle.
• Provide project status and progress of simultaneous initiatives across multiple projects on a regular basis.
• Track and monitor change control requests of new/modified requirements.
• Build and maintain highly effective relationships with all teams. Ensure relationships with the customers and cross-team members are professional and meet management expectations.
• Quickly understand issues and challenges faced by the business.  Accurately and concisely articulate issues, risks, questions, and recommendations to customers, team members and management.
• Participate in IT issue resolution, risk mitigation, contingency planning across Stakeholder community (Developers, Primary Project Managers, Test Leads, Interfacing Systems and Management).
• Developed a project portal utilizing Microsoft SharePoint 2007 complete with management tools to support task management, requirements, change requests, and UAT defects while streamlining the distribution of operational information to pertinent stakeholders.
• Created MS Excel Charts, SharePoint custom lists, project event calendars, document libraries, announcement boards to meet project needs.
