Sr. Agile Business Requirements Analyst

Summary

Supported Hewlett Packard Enterprise Services contract to the Department of Homeland Security. HSIN is a national secure, trusted web-based portal for information sharing and collaboration between Federal, state, local, private sector, and international partners.  Technical Lead positioned between business and development team tasked with broad-based responsibilities, included for HSIN 2.0, but not limited to:

• Delivering seam-less integration of numerous customer applications integrated within the new DHS IAM infrastructure.
• Integrate Microsoft SharePoint 2010 Farm, with custom Web parts to support 50+ collection sites, and a 300K user base.
• HSIN is a Congressional mandated application with Federal Security directives.

Highlights

• Built the PowerPoint Slide Pack for Sprint 6 Review Meeting and presented to the DHS executives and Mission Advisory Committee.  The presentation was so well received there was a standing ovation, and requests for an encore presentation.
• Used a structured approach to refining the Agile User Stories to assist the customer in achieving their goals.
• Participated in User Story sizing and point estimation.
• Decomposed User Stories into manageable tasks that resulted in deliverable units of work and test cases.
• Performed requirement and post-implementation inspections to ensure that business requirements are achieved.
• Used HP’s ALM 11 for managing the requirements, testing, and defects.

• Agile/SCRUM software development methodology.
• Oracle Identity Manager, Access Manager (v11gR1, v11gR2)
• SharePoint 2010 Farm deployment platform, Oracle backend with custom Web parts written in C# .NET to support 300+ collection sites, with a 200K user base.
• HP ALM 11, MS Office 2010 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), MS SharePoint 2010,  SharePoint Designer
