Lead a development team in the design and development of a congressional mandated web site for the USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service for meat, poultry and egg products.

- Elicit requirements using BPM, interviews, document analysis, stakeholder workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis, wireframes, IDEFx and UML Diagrams.
- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
- Develop and manage project work plans using MS Project to ensure project tasks and system functionality are completed.
- Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language.
- Perform requirement and post-implementation inspections to ensure that business requirements are achieved.
- Designed and developed SharePoint custom lists, calendars, document libraries, Wiki, announcement boards for development team to meet project needs. Including a bug tracking application for the testing team using SharePoint.
