Sr. Agile Business System Analyst

Summary

First Business Analyst to be hired within the Product Design and Engineering department to support SES Networks First Agile Initiative providing IP and Ethernet service to mobility customers more efficiently.  The efficiency of the service allows remote terminals to share a pool of SES Satellite spot-beams rather than a dedicated spot-beam per remote.

Highlights

• Agile SCRUM Methodology. Used MS Visio to create diagrams to document the current and future states: context (or system), processes.
• Responsible for planning the business analysis approach.
• Defined how elicitation will be conducted with the stakeholders and the information.
• Performed the tasks and techniques for managing changes, conflicts, and issues related to the requirements
• Developed change strategy assessing alternative approaches and selecting the recommended approach.
• Analyze, synthesize and refine elicitation results into requirements and designs.
• Ensured that the requirements collectively support one another to fully achieve the objectives.
