Summary
Sr. Agile Business Analyst to ECS Corporate Services, LLC., hired as a contractor to support ECS’s on-going efforts to rewrite all their legacy Win32 Client Server xBase applications distributed across 56 Offices to a more supportable Web based .NET .ASP platform. Aside from migrating all their applications to a centralized Web-based platform, they are also transitioning from traditional software development processes to Agile. All the software ECS uses to support their Geotechnical, Environmental, Construction Materials Testing, and Facilities Consulting is managed by in-house custom developed software. Except for 2 3rd party COTS software tools for handling payroll and accounting.
Highlights
- Agile/SCRUM software development methodology. Using Microsoft TFS as the ALM Tool.
- Lead daily Scrum meetings, guide, facilitate and teach SCRUM practices
- Create the Product Vision Statement, Epics, User Stories, Prioritize Product Backlog, and Release Planning Schedule.
- Elicit requirements, validate results, facilitate requirements workshops and determine priority
- Manage solution and requirements scope.
- Assess business value, define acceptance criteria, and validate the solution
