Highlights

• Responsible for OLAs, SLAs, Service Catalog, Service Mapping and Service Improvement Programs within the ITIL/MOF framework.
• Provide problem analysis, and support to UNIX and Mainframe batch cycle programs.
• Utilized Microsoft SharePoint 2007 to streamline the collection and distribution of operational and financial information to pertinent stakeholders.
• Developed, implemented and managed the data collection and reporting solutions, of nightly batch timings, loan totals and amounts.
• Created SharePoint custom lists, calendars, document libraries, announcement boards and dashboards for critical IT processes to meet project needs.
