Assigned to Marine Security Guard Battalion for two and a half years as an Embassy Security Guard to the U.S. Department of State.  Assignments included;  Asunción, Paraguay, and Montevideo, Uruguay in South America.

Trained in counterintelligence, terrorism, explosive devices, and crowd control.
