• Within two months of becoming Customer Service Manager I brought the store from #15 in service call completions and customer satisfaction to #3.
• For the first time in regional history, the department of 3 technicians, 1 assistant, and 1 manager turned a net profit of $1,500.

Data Center and Inventory Control Manager

• Promoted to Data Center and Inventory Control Manager of a $2M, 2 month rolling inventory.
• During my 15 months as department manager we never lost a single piece of inventory.
