Summary

Hired by SilverStream Software to work with Litton/PRC and EDS to provide analysis, design, programming, mentoring, oversight and full life-cycle development of the U.S. Army Personnel Command PERSTEMPO Intranet application.

Highlights

• First internet application by the U.S. Army deployed world-wide.
• Congressionally mandated project to calculate a soldiers deployment on a 360 day rolling continuum.
• The application received data feeds from an IBM mainframe and HP/UNIX platforms  providing management a drill-down of organizational capabilities from unit to individual level.
• The application was completed and deployed in 2 months by the deadline of October 1, 2000.
